Products are collectibles and are not investments. Product availability, series contents, shipping terms and refund/return eligibility should be stated on the applicable order page. Custom repack projects require a separate written scope covering inventory intake, ownership, insurance/risk of loss, fees, production, packaging/sealing, shipping and marketplace requirements.

Before public launch, have these terms reviewed for your actual legal entity, sales channels, state law, payment processor and fulfillment practices.
